Two years ago I was
named as a “Top

Daily Mail and I didn’t feel as delighted as I thought I
would. In fact, I felt very
uneasy.
Yes, I had ticked
many of the boxes I’d set out to tick on my 10 year self

my supposed goals met, and I felt nothing but flat, tired
and a little bit anxious.
Surely
this was the moment I got to be smug?! But no, there I was on
that treadmill of ‘what next?'
No matter how
lovely my life was, I still found myself scanning the horizon
for more? I couldn’t work out that if I was supposed to be such
a clever-clogs ‘guru’, why did I feel so restless? WHY, when I
tried to set my goals for the year ahead, WAS I completely
stalled?
In fact, when I asked myself what
Ireally
wanted, I
realised it was to feelinner
peace,
that sense of ‘I’m there’, to be able to appreciate all that I
have in my life now without having to plan the next big
thing.
Apparently
I’m not alone! When I wrote about my journey in the Mail
on Sunday- I was inundated - almost three and half
thousand people signed up to hear about how I was going
to find my ‘missing peace’ and how they could too. We all
